1. Where will my order be shipped from?
We have multiple warehouses worldwide, including locations in Europe and North America. Based on your delivery address and stock availability, your order will automatically be shipped from the nearest available warehouse. We offer free worldwide shipping, with estimated delivery within 3–8 working days.
2. What is the return process?
You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Please contact support@vakoda.com before sending anything back so that we can provide the correct return instructions. If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
3. What room size is this portable air conditioner suitable for?

4. Does it require professional installation?
